Everest NextGen is our newest initiative designed to spotlight and celebrate the work of passionate architects, dedicated to sustainability in architecture and design.
We know that every architect pours their heart and soul into their projects. Each blueprint is a unique love child, born from a blend of passion and creative ingenuity. Now, what if there was a chance for these architects to showcase their unique work to a larger audience? And not just any audience but one that appreciates and celebrates sustainable design.

How is Everest Championing the Sustainable Construction Cause?
Zero Discharge
We are dedicated to achieving zero discharge in our manufacturing processes. This means that we strive to ensure no waste materials or pollutants are released into the environment. Our state-of-the-art treatment facilities recycle and treat all wastewater generated during production, ensuring it is purified and reused within our processes. This not only conserves water but also protects local water bodies from contamination. We also use fly ash from thermal power plants as a raw material in our ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 certified plants.Waste Recycling
Our commitment to waste recycling involves converting by-products and waste materials from our manufacturing processes into reusable resources. By implementing comprehensive recycling programs, we ensure that scrap material, packaging, and other production remnants are efficiently repurposed, reducing landfill waste and contributing to a circular economy.Air Quality Monitoring
We continuously monitor emissions from our plants using advanced air quality monitoring systems. These systems help us to minimise airborne pollutants and ensure compliance with environmental regulations, thus safeguarding the health of our employees and the surrounding communities.Energy Efficiency

We are thrilled to announce the first of 3 winners of the NextGen Spotlight on Sustainability. Over the past 5 months, we’ve connected with 680 architects and discovered the most amazing ideas on sustainability, but this project stood out of the crowd.
Shining the spotlight on Sriram Ramakrishnan, Principal Architect FHD India for their project in the Commercial category – Polycab Experience Centre in Halol, Gujarat. This sustainable haven beautifully blends nature, efficiency, and local craftsmanship, setting a new standard for eco-friendly commercial spaces.
Shining the spotlight on Amrutha Kishor, Architect & Founder hashtag#Elemental for their project in the Residential category – The Eco-house, Kottayam, Kerala, India. This eco-conscious haven beautifully blends nature, minimalism, and local craftsmanship, setting a new standard for eco-friendly residential spaces.
Shining the spotlight on Udit Mittal, Principal Architect QX Design for their project in the Hospitality category from Purba Sridharpur, West Bengal. This cyclone-resilient sanctuary seamlessly harmonizes traditional wisdom, disaster resilience, and community spirit, redefining sustainable hospitality in West Bengal’s Sundarbans region.
